Worst Customer Service Ive ever had.

If I could give travelocity zero stars I would. I was a loyal user of the app and used it for all of my travels (flights & hotels). I recently traveled to the west coast and went to rent a car for a few days. After taking a 20 minute cab ride and arriving at the rental car place, I was informed that there were no cars left. I called customer service of travelocity and they wouldnt do ANYTHING for me. They would however, reserve a new car for me at a much higher price. I booked the car at the price I did because it was a good deal which is why I used to use their app. I told them no thanks, took yet ANOTHER cab ride back to the hotel and used Orbitz to book my car rental instead. The customer service rep was NOT helpful and obviously only wanted to make more money for the company. Deleting this app now. Never again will I use them for anything.
