Confusing

This site was so confusing that I ended up booking twice. Now I have to call American tomorrow and hopefully they are understanding. This was not a great experience.

Stay Far Away

I purchased tickets to go to Texas end of June, even bought insurance for unforeseen events. Happens that an unforeseen event happens and neither Travelocity or their insurance carry will reimburse or credit the $700 tickets with American Airlines. This is a coordinated scam between these two predatory companies so my advice is to stay as far away as possible and use the airline, hotel, or rental car deal ship directly. Because if life happens, you will not get a refund. Plus, they are refusing to delete my account and my information.

Buyer Beware

It was the first and the last time I ever purchased through Travelocity ever again. The $20 or $40 saved was not worth the lack of customer service, lack of transparency, lack of overall good service. Worst of all, they partner up with AIG travel, which is a complete scam insurance company. They make you jump through hoops to file a claim. Some of these hoops include disclosing your treatment plan by your doctor if you happen to cancel due to sickness. I am sure this is a complete HIPAA violation! Who they partner up/keep company with I believe shows the level of integrity of this company. I will never use again, and I will always recommend that people AVOID using Travelocity.

Fixed my problem asap!

I had booked a room at Comfort inn but upon check in we were refused out booking due to the fact that we live in the same town as said booking. I rebooked with a new hotel and everything went fine at check in. Travelocity contacted comfort inn and negotiated a refund and it was in my account the following day!! I was able to file my complaint through Travelocity’s chat option on the app. It only took about 5 mins which is great because we wanted to enjoy our staycation.

Bad Choice

Filthy furniture in the room. Sticky gum everywhere. Holes in the wall. And, yet, it got almost a five on the Travelocity rating. Don’t they ever look at the properties they recommend?

Rebooking nightmare

It is so much more difficult to deal with travel issues when you use a 3rd party app, period. I don’t recommend it. Travelocity has not kept me up to date with travel changes which does not help.

Update issues

I’ve been using for years and this update doesn’t allow me to view flights or hotels alone….

Disappointed Trip

Very disappointed that I had made reservation online, received a confirmation number, along with itinerary number, received email and have the app, which stated; the reservation was approved with payment. did not have our reservation. Called customer service, spoke to the first receptionist. She stated that everything should be correct and to try again, wasn’t. Speaking to the second customer service representative, which stated that they will call the hotel for information.still not active at the hotel. Have long discussion, an other was found therefore, not in the location chosen for accessibility. Customer service informed me that no expenses would be paid, which resort fees paid. The reps information was incorrect.

App freezes

I’ve been using the app to book stays lately. I will filter out my search and usually when I go to view the first property, the app freezes and eventually crashes. Kind of frustrating.

Travelocity booked the wrong room

I booked a 2 queen room and was given a 1 queen room. The hotel said it was the fault of travelicity’s fault. They did nothing about it.

Sold Ocean View- now not guaranteed.

I was sold in oceanview room for an upgraded price at Club Wyndham Towers on The Grove. They have contacted me and told me now that the ocean view was not guaranteed because I purchased through a third-party seller. I was not told this when I purchased the room through Travelocity. I’m very disappointed that now my upcoming trip I may not have an ocean view, especially after I paid more to have it Don’t recommend purchasing through Travelocity.

Loyal and correct

I do the package deals, Rome, Paris,Milan, Como, the flights and hotels packages are outstanding!!

Available flights not available flights

I normally am really happy with Travelocity. I’d give it a four but today they deserve a one I’ve spent my morning trying to book a flight from Las Vegas to Denver and back. They show many flights from Fronteer. I go to book the flight on three separate occasions it has told me these flights are not available after I’ve put in my information to buy these flights.. Why is it showing availability and then after going to pay for this flight, I get the message. This flight is no longer available. Choose another flight.. For one nobody likes, putting their pay information in any system multiple times and after you put that information in being told. This flight is unavailable. Choose another flight. Com check Travelocity, super irritating and unnecessary. If the flights unavailable, it should not show I adjusted my system turned it off, brought it back up. Same problem today I’m using Kiwi to book my flight. Thanks for wasting my time today….

Not a single alive person

Trying to argue that I’ve already paid for breakfast in a foreign language, and yall can’t even offer a phone number or email address. Just the stupid virtual agent. This’ll be the last time I use yall and I do frequently with typically no issues. So what happened?!

Not a fan

Got a couple emails from Travelocity advertising flights for under $200 with a link to view them. The link just opens the app to the regular ticket search where you must enter both the departure and destination airports as well as the dates of travel. The results are not filtered to only show the flights that are being advertised as under $200, just the usual results with the normal full priced fares. Tried the virtual agent/AI to figure out how to view what they are advertising and it said to open the app to book tickets and if I needed more help to use the virtual assistant/AI button…🤦‍♂️ The entire time the app kept asking me if I was enjoying the app and wanting a review. TL/DR: No, I’m not enjoying the Travelocity app.

I love the deals that I find when I search Travelocity. It always gives me a great selection of hotels to choose from at great rates!

Easy to use

Easy to navigate. Dont have to toggle between views and worrying about losing your overall hotel view.

Site interruption

Spent a great deal of time searching for hotel and flight but it comes to finalizing the deal, the site begins with errors. Also, customer service is impossible to reach. Same occurring on your sister site Expedia.

Add trip to account

Should be able to add a trip to account even if you by passed sign in when purchasing.

Different Arrival and Departure Cities

Beware as you book!! We were given different Arrival and Departure cities for our flights and they were budget tickets and could not be changed. We did not realize the difference until too late to make any changes. It had a huge impact on our trip plans. We will not be using Travelocity any longer.

No appreciation

I’ve been a member for very long time and I used to use you all the time. But you don’t give any credit for loyal customers so I stopped using you.

Disappointed

Be prepared to be a second class citizen when booking with Travelocity. Delta switched flights without even informing causing hours of delay. Will never use Travelocity again.

Useless customer support

I’m having a problem that requires contact with an agent. I am unable to make ANY useful contact with Travelocity. Extremely frustrated!

Poor program

Is very hard to navigate this program, I would have booked additional items if I would have been able to navigate the Ed program but I got frustrated with the program that I give up and made the reservations myself over the phone

Pet friendly rarely correct

Disappointed in reservation that stated pet friendly. Hotel says nope. $250 if you bring a pet into your room. And of course I booked it no cancel.

It says you can pick your seats for the flight but then it doesn’t offer anywhere to pick the seats. Deleting this garbage app.

Misleading

Rented me a ride from and to the airport instead of a car. When I brought up that I did not need this service they said I have to call the car company and try to get my money back. They offered no solutions and did not seem to care about my issues. 220.00 for a ride is ridiculous and having this service disguised as a rental is pretty messed up. I am going to deal with the loss of my mother and my sister and spread their ashes and really needed a car. Customer service was terrible

Piss poor doesn’t begin to describe it

It’s pretty simple I was looking for flights and hotels in this app offered me a discount code if I click the link. I did then I found my hotel and I found the flight and I went through all the options and put in the discount code and it said it wasn’t valid. So I double checked it and try it again and it said it wasn’t valid. Then I called the number that they had so handling on the page. When you call the number you get one of those stupid automated machines that can’t understand a word you say. This is undoubtably to just not give any kind of customer service whatsoever. At this point, I try options so I can talk to somebody about what’s going on, but of course, none of them fit. Any option you choose requires a booking number or a phone number associated with a booking. The problem is I haven’t booked anything yet because you’re trying to cheat me out of a discount code. Just useless I’ll choose any other company since I can’t even get someone to talk to me about this.
