Spent a great deal of time searching for hotel and flight but it comes to finalizing the deal, the site begins with errors. Also, customer service is impossible to reach. Same occurring on your sister site Expedia.

Should be able to add a trip to account even if you by passed sign in when purchasing.

Beware as you book!! We were given different Arrival and Departure cities for our flights and they were budget tickets and could not be changed. We did not realize the difference until too late to make any changes. It had a huge impact on our trip plans. We will not be using Travelocity any longer.

I’ve been a member for very long time and I used to use you all the time. But you don’t give any credit for loyal customers so I stopped using you.

Be prepared to be a second class citizen when booking with Travelocity. Delta switched flights without even informing causing hours of delay. Will never use Travelocity again.

I’m having a problem that requires contact with an agent. I am unable to make ANY useful contact with Travelocity. Extremely frustrated!

Is very hard to navigate this program, I would have booked additional items if I would have been able to navigate the Ed program but I got frustrated with the program that I give up and made the reservations myself over the phone

Disappointed in reservation that stated pet friendly. Hotel says nope. $250 if you bring a pet into your room. And of course I booked it no cancel.

Enjoy the conveniences of the nice hotels and decent prices.

Would not let me complete registration

It says you can pick your seats for the flight but then it doesn’t offer anywhere to pick the seats. Deleting this garbage app.

Rented me a ride from and to the airport instead of a car. When I brought up that I did not need this service they said I have to call the car company and try to get my money back. They offered no solutions and did not seem to care about my issues. 220.00 for a ride is ridiculous and having this service disguised as a rental is pretty messed up. I am going to deal with the loss of my mother and my sister and spread their ashes and really needed a car. Customer service was terrible

Don’t know how I like the app. Seeing as you ask as soon as I get on before I’ve looked at anything.

About 25 years ago, I think they gave me a gnome a disk and a work out my travel it all turned out good thank you Travelocity sunglasses

It’s pretty simple I was looking for flights and hotels in this app offered me a discount code if I click the link. I did then I found my hotel and I found the flight and I went through all the options and put in the discount code and it said it wasn’t valid. So I double checked it and try it again and it said it wasn’t valid. Then I called the number that they had so handling on the page. When you call the number you get one of those stupid automated machines that can’t understand a word you say. This is undoubtably to just not give any kind of customer service whatsoever. At this point, I try options so I can talk to somebody about what’s going on, but of course, none of them fit. Any option you choose requires a booking number or a phone number associated with a booking. The problem is I haven’t booked anything yet because you’re trying to cheat me out of a discount code. Just useless I’ll choose any other company since I can’t even get someone to talk to me about this.

I hate being held hostage when all I need is my travel information. Just because you want me to use your stupid app. Worst experience using a travel app.

This app is awful. It crashes all of the time. I’ll be using something else from now on.

Are you insane? I booked a trip a couple days ago and now I can’t get into your app unless I turn your pieces to the proper direction. Not just one time in 24 hours but three times! I can promise you after this trip, I will never use you again wow!!

Grand Island

Booked a flight to Hawaii for the whole family. Our Travelocity itinerary gave the wrong flight times. We missed our trip. Travelocity says it was my fault for not checking with the airline. What a scam.

I cannot see my information and it is scaring me I have to go to a funeral and this is the last thing I need to be stressed about I hope someone can help fix this ASAP

It is not intuitive, it glitches and closes when you tap on trips and it does NOT merge well with airline data or frequent flyer information.

When I click on my current trip the screen goes blank. Pretty useless

The Travelocity site was much easier to use than the specific airline (United) app or website was in booking a one way trip.

Why would I use your app when most of the time the price changes when you select the flight and try to progress? Terrible service.

Customer service could not help

We hadn’t stayed at the Castle Inn for over 10 years. I saw that recent reviews mentioned a remodel, so I thought I’d give them another try. The rooms have been nicely updated, lvp floors, nice linen-look tile and marble-look porceline in the shower. Delicious cookies welcome you in the room. Breakfast room open 7-10am w/toast, bagels, muffin, cereal, magic pancake machine, yogurt and hard-boiled eggs.

This app is a joke. For one thing you have to download the app like if want the info of your trip you have to get the app! Which I thought is fraud. Well I downloaded the app tried to get my trip information. The first thing I have to do is make an account to get the information about my trip. I’m couldn’t get past my putting my flight number to make an account because after I filled the information it wouldn’t continue. Kept clicking on the continue but nothing happened. So I cannot get my flight information. Terrible app. I should just be able to put in my flight information and get it instead having to install an app make an account to be able to access my flight.

I tried to book a round trip ticket from Atlanta to New York on your website, but after I paid, it showed that the ticket was sold out. However, I was charged $83.99 by spirit airlines, but I did not get the ticket. I contacted the airline and they said that because the platform canceled my flight without my permission, they cannot refund me. I don't know if they have the right to cancel my ticket without my permission? It's ridiculous. I spent $83.99 and got nothing! Are there other victims like me? We can unite and sue them.

Login is broken. Choose Facebook, won’t work so select “cancel,” which leads to successful login. Great security, Travelocity 🙄

Your reservation could be canceled or not honored last minute. If hotel books up, you are out of luck. Go directly to the hotel and do not use Travelocity or Expedia

Double check your bookings!!
